K.C.'s Medical Home Care Supplies, Inc. is a Medicare and Medicaid Participating Durable Medical Equipment (DME) Provider established in 1988.

Our company provides medical services to patients in a number of counties in the North and Central Georgia area. Office hours are 9:00am – 5:00pm Monday through Friday. With an after-hours answering service, DME technicians, and respiratory therapists on call 24 hours a day and 365 days a year to serve our patients.

All of our staff are licensed or certified and are required to attend regular industry accepted or accredited certification programs to maintain their level of proficiency. Extensive inservice training is also provided to improve our staff's familiarity with company specific policies/procedures and new information related to their field(s) of expertise.

Our General Office and Warehouse is located at 100 Etowah Trace in Fayetteville, Georgia 30214. This facility contains a 5000 square-foot warehouse and offices equipped with state of the art technology. At present, we have ten permanent employees on staff: two respiratory therapists, four DME technicians servicing and delivering equipment, two licensed pharmacist, a consulting physician, a warehouse manager, a billing department, and front office receptionists.

K.C.'s Medical Home Care Supplies, Inc. is a private for profit Georgia Corporation, with a combined total of over seventy years of service in the healthcare industry.

It has been our goal to provide the highest quality of home healthcare equipment, supplies, and services in a cost-effective manner, to all our clients/patients in our geographical coverage area.

We strive to improve the health of our clients/patients in a manner that distinguishes us in our industry. Client/patient rights, responsibilities, dignity, and confidentiality are our highest priority in the delivery and follow-up process.

We will constantly provide our staff members with updates in the latest home healthcare technology through attendance at seminars, participation in factory training programs, in-house education, and other appropriate methods.

Getting Started
  • The patient must be actively under a medical doctor’s care, a doctor of osteopathy, or a doctor of podiatry.
  • The patient must have current insurance coverage under Medicare, Medicaid, Workman’s Compensation, a private health insurance, or be classified as a private payer.
  • The doctor has to certify the need for services. This is accomplished when we receive a written signed order confirming the services.
  • A home assessment for environment safety for home care services must then be completed.

Are you Eligible?

Referrals
  • Your medical doctor needs to send KC Medical a written and signed order.
  • Your order can be:
    • Called in to our office at 770-716-7678
    • Faxed to our office at 770-716-1814
    • And some of our patients bring their orders in to our office from their doctor’s office
  • After we receive the order, our trained in-take personnel will make follow up calls to your medical doctor for verification purposes.
